Doug's Sports uses the most
efficient shipping carrier for your order to insure that you receive
your items as soon as possible. The carriers used are UPS, USPS and
FedEx. Keep in mind that UPS and FedEx will only deliver to a physical
address and not a post office box. We will ship all orders to PO Boxes
via USPS.
Order Processing Timeline
Most orders ship within 1-2
business days of receiving your order, Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays. If for some reason we are not able to process your
order within that timeline we will notify you.
Shipping Timeline
Transit times are 1-6 days
depending upon your shipping address. Our shipping location is Hood
River Oregon. After your order is processed and shipped we will email
you a shipping confirmation with package carrier tracking information
and estimated arrival dates.
Expedited Delivery
For orders requesting faster
delivery than ground shipment, please contact us and we will give you
a shipping quote and delivery timeline for expedited shipment of your
order. This insures you are getting the best shipping rate possible
since there are many options and the rates vary widely depending on
your shipping destination and service requested. Please phone us toll

Order Problems
We will contact you via email
or phone if there is any problem with your order.
Oversized Items
For oversized items such as
skis, snowboards, and large travel bags there will be an additional
oversized shipping charge. If an item is oversized it will be
indicated on the item details page. The charge will be added to the
shopping cart at check out.
International Orders
At this time we can not
process or ship to any destinations outside the United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses
For orders shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii and US zip code APO/FPO addresses standard shipping
charges apply. Orders to these locations do not qualify for free
shipping. The shipping charge will be added to your shopping cart at
check out. Orders to these locations will be shipped via USPS.
