If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, as long as you have
not used it, you have 30 days in which to return an item to receive a full
refund.
Please return the item with all original tags and your customer receipt, and
the reason you are returning the item. Send it back to us via US Mail, UPS
or FedEx. Please insure the item for the retail value. You are responsible
for the shipping cost to return the item to Doug's Sports, unless we sent
you an item you did not order, or the product is damaged or defective.
You will be credited on the credit card that you made the purchase with for
the amount of the merchandise, excluding the shipping. Return shipping cost
will be reimbursed for damaged and defective products, or items that you did
not order.
